Where are you located? We are based in Brisbane, Queensland Australia.
Do you have a store? We are an online store only, we try and keep our shipping as low as we can.
We want you to resell our cute products. We would be honoured to resell your cute products, we need some legal paperwork from you and an agreement between businesses. Send us an email with your website details and we will reply asap.
Is what you are doing Legal in Australia? Yes, to resell certain brands we need a certificate stating that we can sell their products. We have several suppliers that we source from that have provided us will legal certification to sell their Branded Products. We keep our contracts on hand for any brand or official member of brands to browse.
Do you ship worldwide? Unfortunately, we are only shipping within Australia at this time.
How Long does it take to ship an item? We are open every day of the week, so your package is sent our within 48hours of your order. We only ship Via Australia post, but you are given a tracking number once we pack your item. We love gift wrapping you items, so don't forget to order our special gift wrapping service.
What if I don't like my item? A refund is only given to faulty or damaged items, however if the description of the item is not what you receive, please contact us.
Do you offer Freebies? We do not offer free items that are on our website, however have been known to sneak a few stickers and smaller items in a package.
